Gislason Targownik Peters is currently seeking an individual to fill a part-time, permanent position within our Steinbach office.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Correspondence with Canada Revenue Agency, Service Canada and our clients
- Preparing letters
- Maintain client information and contact information
- Miscellaneous filing and administrative tasks
- Bookkeeping and data entry for client records
- Errands and other office management tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Must be highly computer literate
- Fluent in English – an excellent communicator
- 3+ years prior experience in bookkeeping and administrative assistant duties
