Gislason Targownik Peters is currently seeking an individual to fill a part-time, permanent position within our Steinbach office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet clients
  • Correspondence with Canada Revenue Agency, Service Canada and our clients
  • Preparing letters
  • Maintain client information and contact information
  • Miscellaneous filing and administrative tasks
  • Bookkeeping and data entry for client records
  • Errands and other office management tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Must be highly computer literate
  • Fluent in English – an excellent communicator
  • 3+ years prior experience in bookkeeping and administrative assistant duties
