Gislason Targownik Peters is currently seeking an individual to fill a full-time, permanent position within our Winkler office.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and greet clients as they come into the office
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff
  • Status reporting and tracking metrics
  • Daily errands (mail, pickups, etc)
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Must be highly computer literate
  • Fluent in English – an excellent communicator
  • 3+ years prior experience as administrative or reception duties in a professional setting
